The Tupel 3D implant scanner measures implant positions by using marker posts and a camera system.

The output is an .STL CAD file of the implant positions that can be used as the basis for your next design step.

Posts and Scan Bodies

  • 6 Dot posts and 6 Scan Bodies are supplied with each scanner.

  • To fit Multi Unit Abutments - generally speaking the shape of the MUA and the retaining screw are universal and the majority of implant companies follow this design.  They are compatible with many others, (please contact us for further information).

  • They are autoclavable and reusable.

  • If lost or damaged they can be individually replaced, keeping your costs low.

  • Size: 7mm diameter, 13.6mm height, M1.4 thread.

Scan Bodies

  • Manufactured by Blue Sky Bio in the USA.

  • Exocad libraries freely downloadable.
